To protect your order details, we email you a 6-digit code to confirm it's you. After you enter it, your order opens with every item, price and date already filled in.

- Return shipping is paid by you. Silarius creates the return label and deducts its cost from your refund. We may send it to a different warehouse, so please wait for your RMA.
- Opened items may carry an open-box fee of up to 30%. Our QA team sets it when they inspect the item.
- The original shipping cost isn't refunded. Orders over $1,000 have the 3% card fee deducted; orders over $4,000 may carry a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Reply to our email with photos and there's no fee.
