Free shipping on orders over $200
US orders over $200 ship free. Orders under $200 ship at the rate shown in your cart before you check out, so you always see the full cost first. Some oversized or overweight items are excluded (see below).
Oversized and heavy items (freight)
Large or heavy products, such as big racks, large displays and pallet orders, may need LTL freight. When an item needs freight, we contact you with a freight quote before it ships, and nothing ships until you approve it. Not sure about an item? Ask us before you order.
Where we ship from
We ship from three regional warehouses across the US. Your order goes out from the closest warehouse that has your items in stock, sometimes in more than one package so everything reaches you as fast as possible. Items marked "In stock in our warehouse" ship the same or next business day.
Order updates and tracking
- You get an order confirmation email within minutes of ordering.
- Every shipment has a tracking number and a link to the carrier's site, available any time from your account.
- If an item is on backorder, we email you the expected ship date and tell you again when it ships.
- Your invoice is available to download as a PDF from your order as soon as it's placed.
Damage in transit
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, tell us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
