If you are dissatisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will accept a return and process a refund subject to eligibility.

Refund prior to shipping
If a case arise where the client chooses to cancel the order prior to shipping, Silarius will provide a refund according to the following :
1. If payment was not captured in the gateway (up to 4 business days from order date), Silarius will refund the full purchase amount.
2. If payment has been captured in the gateway (after 4 business days from order date), Silarius will refund the full amount of the purchase minus 3% of the CC processing fee.

Pack Your Item/s Properly - Place your item back into the original manufacturer's packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won't get damaged.

Ship Your Item with Return Label - Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Eligibility
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Silarius reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee.
All returns must include the following or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
. Product purchased from Silarius.
. Original new Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
. All accessories, manuals, warranty registration card, etc.
. Original UPC/serial# intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)
. Valid RMA number obtained from website or customer service for the correct product and order , if you emailed us and got an approval it is enoght.
Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
1. An RA/RMA authorization must be requested by emailing info@silarius.com within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date. Shipping charge is the cost of Silarius sending the product to you and will not be refunded. No restocking fee will be applied on return for DOA/Defective and shipping damaged product. Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. In the event an item is sold without shipping charge, Silarius will refund the amount of sale minus the shipping cost to you.
2. All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received (up to 30 calendar days from date of purchase).
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly states on the product or by email. Replacements will be shipped at our (Silarius) expense. Silarius will send the return shipping label to the client and upon receival and approve of inspection, the shipping charge for the return label will be deducted from the alleged refund amount.
4. Customer is required to ship the return products within 7 business days upon receiving the return shipping label, with sufficient shipping packaging, and void fill material inside to prevent product from physically damaged during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping.
5. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price minus the costs of the return shipping label and initial shipping cost will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
6. Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Silarius will refund back to your method of payment.
7. Products that have been opened and used by the customer might be subject to 30% "open-box" fee , mostly if security seal have been broken.
8. Custom made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
9. Special order items are only returnables upon manufacturer RMA process provided by the manufacturer.
10. Discontinued products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
11. Returns of TVs 32" or bigger will need to go via LTL service and fees will be paid by the client.
12. Over-sized products that requires an LTL freight are non-returnable and non-refundable.
13. CC processing fees (3%) will be deducted from the total refund for returns of orders totaling more than $1000.
Specific product categories are ineligible for return including, but not limited to, software, consumables, special orders, cables, discontinued items and final sale clearance items.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect
If you've received an order containing damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll make it right.
Exchanges
Please allow 4-6 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
We don't cross ship. Returns must be received and inspected before we ship a replacement. If you need a quicker replacement, we recommend returning your item for a refund (if eligible) and simply placing a new order.
Refunds
After we inspect your return, we will promptly credit your account for the full purchase price of the product(s) minus the costs of the return shipping label and the initial shipping cost. The refund will be issued to the credit card account used for the original purchase.
Please refer to subject 7 on the "eligibility" for further deductions.
Returned orders over $4,000 are considered special order and will incur a restocking fee up to 25%.
Warranty
A manufacturer warranty backs most products sold on Silarius.com. Although Silarius does not itself warranty the products we sell, we do assist you in resolving issues during the warranty period. If you experience problems with any product you purchased that offers a manufacturer warranty, please contact support. We will either facilitate a resolution or put you in contact with the manufacturer so that they might assist you directly.
Keep in mind that Silarius and our suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to goods or services arising out of the use or inability to use this site or any product purchased from Silarius, damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present, even if Silarius or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Warranty claims shall not apply to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, modification, water, fire, dirt, lightning, paint, contamination, vermin, or to use in violation of instructions furnished, nor extended to units which have been repaired or altered outside of the factory.
