Every Silarius camera, recorder and switch is backed by a 3-year full warranty, and we help you with the manufacturer's warranty on everything else we sell.
3-year Silarius warranty
Silarius brand hardware is covered by a full 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered product fails, we repair or replace it. Solar products are not part of the 3-year warranty and carry their own warranty terms; contact us for the terms of a specific solar product.
Other brands
Most other products on silarius.com are backed by their manufacturer's warranty. Silarius does not add its own warranty to these products, but we help you through the whole claim: we either resolve the issue with the manufacturer for you or put you in direct contact with them.
How to make a warranty claim
- Contact us at info@silarius.com or 1-833-SILARIUS with your order number, the product's serial number and a short description of the problem. Photos or a short video help.
- We troubleshoot with you. Many issues are settings, firmware or cabling, and we can often fix them on the phone.
- If it's a hardware fault, we issue an RMA and tell you where to send the product, then repair or replace it.
Product arrived damaged or not working? That's handled faster as a return: tell us within 3 days of delivery. See our return policy.
What the warranty doesn't cover
Warranty claims don't apply to products that have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, modification, water, fire, dirt, lightning, paint, contamination or vermin, to products used against the instructions supplied with them, or to units repaired or altered outside the factory.
Limitation of liability
Silarius and our suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, including without limitation lost profits or revenue, the cost of replacement goods, or loss of or damage to goods or services, arising from the use of or inability to use this site or any product bought from Silarius, even if Silarius or its suppliers have been told such damages are possible.
