Silarius offers free shipping across the US with no minimum order total (restrictions apply). Shipping cost — always $0 — is shown in your cart before you check out, so there are never surprises at the register.
Order updates by email
You'll get an email confirming your order within minutes of placing it, with a link to our online order-status system so you can follow it every step of the way.
Three regional warehouses
We ship from three warehouses across the US. Your order goes out from whichever is closest and has your items in stock — occasionally as more than one package, so everything arrives as fast as possible.
Tracking on every order
Every shipment includes a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's site, available any time from your order-status page.
Backorder updates
If an item can't ship right away, we'll email you the expected ship date and follow up again automatically the moment it goes out.
Instant invoices
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a printable invoice — ready immediately for expense reports, rebates, or your own records.
Deep, ready-to-ship inventory
Years of experience and a large in-stock inventory mean the products you need are usually ready to leave the warehouse the same day you order.
Some large or heavy products may carry an additional shipping charge after checkout. If you're not sure about an item, email us first and we'll confirm before you order.
