Veracity's OUTREACH extenders overcome the distance limitations of Ethernet and Power over Ethernet by connecting in-line with a Cat5 or Cat6 run, adding roughly 100 meters (328 feet) of extended reach per unit with no configuration and no local power required, while maintaining full-rate network throughput.
Veracity lists the VOR-ORM-XT specifically as: OUTREACH Max XT Outdoor Rated Extender and PoE Extender.
