The Vanco Evolution RS232-IP is a LAN/Wi-Fi to serial adapter that gives remote access, configuration, and control of any RS232 or RS485 serial device over an IP network. It functions as a wired or wireless router with access-point capability, converting UDP or TCP/IP commands to serial format with low latency, and supports WEP/WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK/WAPI security with WEP64/WEP128/TKIP/AES encryption. A wide 5-18V DC input with 2A output suits battery-powered applications, and the compact 1.1 x 0.3 x 1.6-inch housing fits easily into tight installations.
