The TP-Link TL-SM5310-T is a 10GBASE-T copper SFP+ module that turns an SFP+ fiber slot into a multi-gig RJ45 port. It negotiates across 100 Mb through 10 Gbps, so a single module can serve a 10G server today and a 2.5G access point tomorrow — useful when a switch's copper ports are full but SFP+ slots are free.
