METRA BIG DOG PR-W3PI 3-OUTLET INTELLIGENT POWER DISTRIBUTION UNIT

Product Overview:

Installer-friendly power distribution and protection

The Big Dog PR-W3PI intelligent power distribution unit supplements the Big Dog PR-R13PI and the PR-V7PI in the management and protection of large, multi-zone systems. The Big Dog lineup is a smart power protection choice for business, places of worship, or even an extensive custom-installed home audio/video system.

Alternately, you can use this three-outlet unit as stand-alone surge protection and power conditioning for a small setup. Its filtered and surge-protected outlets safeguard your valuable A/V gear from voltage fluctuations, while delivering clean power for optimal performance

App-based remote management and control

The PR-W3PI connects to your network via wired Ethernet or Wi-Fi. That lets you use Metra's MAVbase web and mobile app for remote monitoring and individual control of each of the unit's three switched AC outlets. IP automation integration is included for third-party control systems, including Control4 and Crestron.

Smart installation options

Flexible mounting options include wall-, surface-, and rack-mounting, so you can put the PR-W3PI just about anywhere it needs to go. "Self-healing" functions for network-connected equipment automatically reset power going to the outlet. Installers save time by monitoring remotely and adjusting settings as problems arise, lessening the chance of service calls.
