The HID 40KTKS-00-000036 is a Signo 40K Contactless Smart Card Keypad Reader from HID's Signo line, used at access-controlled doors to read a credential and pass its data to the door controller. With a keypad on board, it can enforce card-plus-PIN at doors that need a second factor. Wiring lands on a terminal strip, which simplifies service and reader swaps.
