The HID 40KNKS-02-00207N is a Signo 40K Pigtail Keypad Reader with Smart Profile from HID's Signo line, used at access-controlled doors to read a credential and pass its data to the door controller. The built-in keypad lets a site require a PIN as well as, or instead of, a card. The pigtail lead is spliced directly into the controller cable at the door.
