Built for physical access control, the HID 40KNKS-00-014DER Signo 40K Contactless Smart Card Keypad Reader sits beside the door and reads the card or credential a user presents. Its keypad adds PIN entry, so a door can be set to accept a code alone or a card plus a code. The configuration code identifies the exact factory programming, so match it when adding readers to an existing site.
