The Signo 40K Contactless Smart Card Keypad Reader 40KNKS-00-00038P from HID is a door reader for access control systems: a user presents a credential and the controller grants or denies entry. Its keypad adds PIN entry, so a door can be set to accept a code alone or a card plus a code. It wires up through a pigtail lead joined to the controller cable.
