HID's Signo 40K Contactless Smart Card Keypad Reader (40KNKS-00-00003U) reads credentials at the door and reports each read to the access control panel, which decides whether to release the lock. With a keypad on board, it can enforce card-plus-PIN at doors that need a second factor. Order the same configuration code as the readers already installed to keep card formats and behaviour consistent.
