Model 20NKS-T3-00EKGV is a Signo 20 Contactless Smartcard Keypad Reader made by HID Global. Adding a keypad to the reader means the door can require card plus PIN, or accept a PIN alone where cards are not issued. A pigtail lead makes it quick to splice into the reader cable. The card profile sets which credential types it reads out of the box.
