Episode® 500 Series Thin Design 3-Channel Passive Soundbar

Their slim design pairs perfectly with flat panel TVs, offering exceptional sound that doesn’t clutter the wall with a bunch of speakers. Featuring a thin aluminum cabinet with 4” drivers and 1” titanium tweeters, they deliver a robust, high-quality sound customers are sure to love. We even included a low-profile mounting bracket and kickstand for easy installs on a wall or in a cabinet.
Low Profile Aluminum Cabinet
For the best speaker performance in a flat panel TV application, you need to balance aesthetics and acoustical performance. The design challenge here is how to put a high-performance speaker (or in this case, three) into such a thin box. To do this, our engineers started with a thin extruded aluminum cabinet that provides strength and rigidity, while maximizing internal air volume. The result is an elegant speaker that sounds just as good as it looks!
Top Shelf Components
It’s powered by bigger, better, more advanced 4-inch polypropylene injection cone woofers that provide the lower frequency response needed to get a deep, full sound and better bottom end. We even squeezed in four 4-in. passive radiators coupled to the active woofers for more impactful bass performance. This soundbar provides all the oomph customers want – in a slim form factor that doesn’t overpower their TV.
Fast Installation
This product features removable screw-in connectors for easy wiring, plus mounting posts that are integrated right into the slim 0.09-in. wall bracket. Just screw the bracket into the wall, connect your wiring, and slide the soundbar onto the mounting posts.
Mounting Flexibility
Included with the soundbar are a wall bracket for mounting below the TV and a kickstand for placement on a shelf. If you're using one of our Strong™ articulating TV mounts, there is also an optional soundbar bracket that allows the speaker to move with the TV.
LCR Channels
With independent left, center and right channels you get all the benefits of a true front-stage, yet in a discrete soundbar form factor. Just connect an A/V receiver, surrounds and subwoofer for an amazing theater system.
Hidden IR
Many installations require the use of an IR repeating system. Check out this innovative approach - we've placed a knock-out right behind the grill to let you neatly hide it out of sight. Say goodbye to unsightly stuck-on IR receivers.
Clear Dialog
If your customers complain about their TV’s dialog being difficult to hear, this soundbar takes care of the problem. Its carefully engineered design ensures that dialog comes through loud and clear – without having to turn the TV up to volume 60.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
This Episode® product has a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty includes parts and labor repairs on all components found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use. This warranty shall not apply to products which have been abused, modified or disassembled. Products to be repaired under this warranty must be returned to SnapAV or a designated service center with prior notification and an assigned return authorization number (RA).
