  • One-year basic service contract for SU60K or SU80K 3-phase UPS systems (208V or 480V), covering the primary and one additional battery cabinet
  • Major (evening/weekend) and minor (regular hours) preventive maintenance visits
  • 24/7/365 on-site break/fix repair for the UPS module including parts, travel and labor, plus 24/7 technical support
  • Service within 350 miles of a Tripp Lite service area; excludes replacement batteries
  • Requires purchase of Tripp Lite start-up service
