Cleerline SSF™ fiber leverages a patented glass-encapsulated-by-polymer construction that significantly increases optical strand strength while eliminating contaminant access points. SSF delivers a stronger, more flexible cable that's thinner and easier to terminate in the field. Cleerline Tactical Cables are available in breakout and micro-distribution constructions. Breakout features an overall jacket with 2.0mm sub-units, whereas micro-distribution features an overall jacket with 250μm sub-units. Tactical cable constructions are ideal for harsh applications or those where the cable is heavily handled, including rental, staging, broadcast and live event deployments. Its black polyurethane (PU) jacket provides both durability and protection from UV, chemicals and water. Cleerline Tactical Cables are also ideal for portable cable spools and reels.
