The Vanguard II series from Everfocus are NDAA Compliant Hybrid DVRs. This model is an 8 Channel Hybrid Recorder, with 2TB of included storage space. It also allows for up to 4 extra IP cameras to be attached (or use of 12 total IP cameras if no analog cameras are attached.
