This access point features a powerful 6 dBi internal antenna, and you can enhance its performance by connecting a separately purchased external antenna.
Flexible Radio Assignment
Configure the radio for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual-band frequencies to support legacy devices or set it to dual 5 GHz mode for maximum bandwidth. With Wireless Security Monitoring mode, one of the 5 GHz serves clients while the other continually scans the full frequency spectrum for attackers, RF interference, and rogue devices.
Multi-Gigabit Ethernet
The Aironet 3802i features both a 5G Ethernet port alongside a Gigabit Ethernet port for high-speed wired connections with compatible devices. Use link aggregation to combine the two ports for higher data throughput.
