Audix AP42 Performance Series Dual-Channel Wireless System with Two H60/OM2 Handheld Transmitters (522 to 554 MHz)

Audix AP42 OM2 Overview

The AP42 Performance Series Dual-Channel Handheld Wireless System from Audix includes the R42 2-channel diversity receiver and two H60/OM2 handheld transmitters. The R42 receiver operates on a frequency range of 522 to 554 MHz and offers one-touch auto scan searches for clear channel. The unit features an internal antenna combiner for dual antenna operation. It comes in a 19" rackmount chassis and includes BNC cables for front mounting antennas. Thanks to the one-touch sync function, this receiver easily links to the H60 handheld transmitters via infrared beam.

Each handheld transmitter comes with the OM2 dynamic vocal microphone capsule. These transmitters feature a slim-line body design and durable metal housing and are compact, well-balanced, and comfortable to hold. They come with a soft mute switch which also serves as an on/off switch when needed. The transmitter units also feature a high-contrast LCD display with group, channel, and battery indicator.

Designed with a slight bass proximity and a tailored mid-range, each OM2 microphone has a full-bodied sound on small to mid-sized PA systems. They have clear and accurate sound reproduction, resistance to feedback and the ability to handle high SPLs without distortion. These microphones employ a VLM diaphragm for a clear, precise sound with remarkable voice response.

Audix R42 Kit-A Performance Series Dual-Channel UHF Diversity Receiver (A: 522 to 554 MHz)

The Audix R42 Kit-A is a Performance Series dual-channel UHF diversity receiver designed to deliver enhanced range and easy configuration for musicians, vocalists, presenters, and public speakers in houses of worship, concert venues, conferences, and live stage applications.
