Expand your network storage capacity to support demanding workflows such as video post-production and archiving with the TVS-h1688X-W1250-32G 16-Bay NAS Enclosure from QNAP. This 16-bay NAS enclosure includes twelve 3.5" and four 2.5" SATA III drive bays. Installed drives can be configured in RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, or 60 mode with support for triple parity and triple mirror setups for added data security. Performance can be further enhanced by installing up to two M.2 PCIe solid-state cache drives into the available slots. Combined with its 3.3 GHz Intel Xeon W-1250 six-core processor and 32GB of ECC memory, which can be expanded to 128GB, the TVS-h1688X-W1250-32G can deliver sequential read speeds of up to 1403 MB/s. With four 2.5G Ethernet and two 10G Ethernet ports, this NAS enclosure is designed to deliver the bandwidth to support virtualization, intensive file access, large backup and restoration tasks, and media transfers.

PCIe Expansion
Three PCIe 3.0 ports are available for compatible expansions such as Thunderbolt 3 adapters, high-speed network interface cards, and graphics cards. A dual-port 10G Ethernet adapter occupies the PCIe 3.0 x8 slot.
