The black Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50M Portable 1000W Bluetooth-Enabled Subwoofer is part of the EVOLVE 50M portable PA system, which consists of a powered subwoofer, magnetic speaker pole, and a column array full-range speaker. The powered subwoofer utilizes a 12" driver and is powered by the integrated 1000W (500W to subwoofer) amplifier, which combines with the column array to provide a frequency response of 43 Hz to 20 kHz with a maximum SPL output of 127 dB.
System setup is simple and fast. Slide the magnetically locking mounting pole into the appropriate port on top of the subwoofer, then place the column speaker array on the pole. You don't have to run cables between the sub and speaker array; audio connectivity between them is made via internal cabling in the mounting pole. The EVOLVE 50M subwoofer features an advanced 8-channel mixer with professional grade mic preamps and mix functions. High-resolution, low-latency Bluetooth audio streaming ensures professional-quality results for music playback or accompaniment.
There are mic, line, and Hi-Z inputs via XLR-1/4" combo jacks, stereo RCA, and 3.5mm aux input jacks as well as XLR aux and mix outputs. The onboard DSP functions include four presets (Music, Live, Speech, Club), three-band system EQ (low, mid, high), seven-band graphic EQ (in Mixer mode), five user-programmable presets (Store and Recall settings), phantom power, visual monitoring of limiter status, input level control and meters, and a master volume control to optimize gain structure. The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50M subwoofer ships with a power cord.
