Conjure the power, detail, and emotion of the live music experience in your home theater with the black-ash RF-7 III 2-Way Floorstanding Speaker from Klipsch. Featuring a 1.75" titanium diaphragm compression driver paired with an 8.5" 90 x 90° Tractrix horn and two 10" Cerametallic cone woofers, this floorstanding speaker delivers a frequency response of 32 Hz to 25 kHz. It can handle up to 250W of continuous power from your amplifier of choice.

1.75" Titanium Diaphragm Compression Driver

The compression driver's phase plug design improves phase coherency at the throat of the horn, resulting in improved sound pressure linearity at high frequencies.

90 x 90° Tractrix Horn

The Tractrix horn uses a circular horn throat paired to a square horn mouth to further improve high-frequency response and extension while enhancing imaging and dynamics. The compressed molded rubber construction adds high-frequency damping to reduce harshness, improve detail, and deliver clean, natural sound.

Spun Copper Cerametallic Woofers

Cerametallic woofers are designed to combine high rigidity with a lightweight construction to ensure minimal cone breakup and distortion. They pair seamlessly with the Tractrix horn-loaded compression driver to deliver enhanced speaker efficiency.

Tractrix Ports

Using Tractrix geometry, the RF-7 III' ports ensure efficient air transfer from the cabinet for clean and powerful low-frequency response.

Dual-Chamber Enclosure Design

The bifurcated enclosure allows each 10" driver and port to work independently from each other. This improves the linearity of both drive systems, and minimizes standing wave problems inside the cabinet to prevent frequency anomalies in the sensitive mid-range frequencies

Cast Frame Woofer Design

Each 10" woofer is equipped with a heavy-duty cast aluminum frame for resonant-free operation. In addition, each woofer incorporates a dual shorting-ring magnet structure to eliminate modulation of the magnetic flux. This design results in improved linearity of cone movement.

Furniture-Grade Wood Veneer

The RC-7 III speaker's enclosure boasts a furniture-grade black-ash wood veneer.
