A built-in SC fiber port and 7-pin serial port make connections quick and simple. Sold as a matched send (TX) and receive (RX) set, the Serial to Fiber Media Converter supports both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint transmission with data rates up to 256 Kbps. Plus, its IP40-rated industrial construction with built-in 1500W surge protection and 15kV electrostatic protection make the converter set ideal for harsh environments.
